Code of Conduct
Analysis: Like- 1)I like how the employees are required to have a personal commitment to do the right thing. 2) I like how their code of conduct includes a respect for diversity. They don't discriminate based on race, religion, gender, ect. but simply on merit. 3) I like how their policy had a respect for the environment. Tons of people don't care for the natural resources and world around us. Dislike- 1) I don't like how they won't allow you to work with competitors. As long as you promise to keep the business of Dun and Bradstreet sacred then why do they care who else your work with? Money is hard to come by these days. 2) I don't agree with the part of the conflict of interest where it states that you have to disclose if a family member works at a competing organization. What does a family member have to do with where you work? They should trust their employees.
